  • Lila Joy-Rose Gomez

    “Lila” is Beta of the pack and vying for Alpha. Born in 2020 in Los Lunas, New Mexico. Lila began training at 8 weeks old and is naturally inclined for Search & Rescue, Emotional Support, and Herding work. Lila is training in Agility, Obedience, and Protection and is currently a certified Service Dog.

    Lila frequently visits schools to educate children on Canine-Behavior. She enjoys long runs, chasing birds, and swimming.

  • "Bruno"

    Bruno Von-Max Hammenburg

    “Bruno” is the cornerstone of PDBDT and Alpha of the pack. Born in 2015 in El Paso, Texas, he began training at 8 weeks old and competing at 6 months in AKC Advanced Obedience Competitions. Bruno is a retired military K9; he served 2 years in the U.S. Army. He won 2nd place in the 2016 Fort Bliss Military Canine Obedience Competition, out-competing entries from the Army, Navy, Marines, Airforce, and other AKC certified canines. In 2017 Bruno was Featured on Channel 9 KTSM News to fundraise for the El Paso Animal Shelters and educate the community on dog behavior and obedience.

    Bruno is our all around champion, certified Service Dog, whom is also trained in Protection, Agility, Search & Rescue, Herding, and Emotional Support. He frequently visits schools, hospitals, retirement homes, homeless shelters, and Fort Bliss soldiers. Bruno loves playing with all toys, balls, and swimming.

  • Mikilos Hammer

    “Mikos” is Omega of the pack and our Protection Specialist. Adopted at one year old in 2017 in El Paso, Texas, he is our rehabilitation success story. He was rescued from an abusive home and was extremely fearful and timid when we adopted him, often portraying signs of PTSD. We rehabilitated Mikos to become proficient in Obedience, Herding, Emotional Support, & Protection. He has successfully rendered trespassing migrants and herded them to Border Patrol Agents.

    Mikos loves chasing lasers and simply being by his care-takers side.
